NADO (Norwegian Association of Dive Operators) is a trade organisation for dive operators and adventure specialists. Over the years, our members have put in a great effort to improve the quality of Norwegian diving. With NADO we hope to take this effort a step further.

Our members have been seperately explorating how to give their clients the best possible experience and adventure. To be able to offer even more, and to develop the Norwegian dive industry further, several operators sat down in 2007 to see if it was possible to cooperate in certain key areas.

The resulting organisation, NADO, allows us to share experiences, ideas and the best ways to cater for our clients. All of the members can draw on experiences made in the past, and is through active partnership able to offer a modern, quality-conscious product that will make our clients able to fully enjoy an adventurous dive holiday almost anywhere in Norway.

All our member resorts have long-term experience in their field, some has been offering dive holidays in Norway for more than 25 years. On this basis we are proud to introduce NADO as a brand of quality – your guarantee for a successful dive holiday in Norway.

The member resorts will be managed as they were before joining NADO, but the organisation as a whole can offer solutions never before possible. This includes the opportunity to start a trip in the south of Norway, and dive all the best locations all the way up to the arctic. Thanks to NADO, you will be in good hands all the way.

As any newborn we still have a lot to accomplish and to learn, but rest assured – all we do is for the sake of offering even better diving in one of the most spectacular and wonderful realms of nature, the Norwegian coastline.
